Hello Roland,

All that I did was to bring this thread to the attention of the Ministry of
Information Technology which has acted on this communication swiftly. I did
send a note to thank the Government in my capacity as "a person living in
India".

I am certain that the participants from the world over would have a pleasant
and memorable experience in India during the IGF.
