personally, the day that someone as influential as the CEO of ICANN,  
or of any of the other formidable international  organizations  
associated with the practice of IG, declares his or her solidarity  
with Civil Society and claims to be at one with CS and declares  
sincere willingness to be one of us and to even represent our diverse  
interests, my tendency will be to rejoice and not to exclude.
