[governance] Fwd: IGC Membership list

Oh well. This list is mostly ineffectual enough that having him, joe
baptista, jim fleming and various others wont make much of a difference.

At leat it will provide some entertainment value superior to your 20 page
emails (which besides being pointless and naive attempts at playing
politics are a waste of time)

Theres little point in my continuing here anyway - I dont see any consensus
emerging, or this caucus coming up with any remotely useful outcomes.

Not with you, Milton and various others around anyway.
