[governance] Fwd: [Mmwg] Caucus nomcom

McTim,

It's an under used mailing list, many interested already subscribe, 
it is open to anyone to join and the archives are open, broadly 
speaking it was created to discuss modalities for participation in 
IGF among other things.

I can't see any reason why the caucus would not be interested in any 
recommendations that came from the MMWG.  Of course adopting a new 
process would require a vote.

So let's move forward, please take this discussion to the MMWG 
<mmwg at wsis-cs.org> list.
