the one thing i would add is that if any of the CS initiated workshops  
is within the themes chosen for the Main Workshop Sessions, then they  
can talk to the secretariat about scheduling it the main room slot -  
thus having in transcribed and translated in all 6 languages.

i don't know if everyone would consider this a good thing and i can  
imagine many would want to keep the smaller more 'intimate' setup.   
but if anyone does want to put their workshop on the main stage and  
they fit within the broad parameters proposed by the MAG, it is an  
open opportunity.
