Personally I always interpreted this sentence to mean that the more  
linkages to various groups the person had, the better.  i.e  
multistakeholding people for a multistakeholder world.  then again who  
among us, holds stake in only one group?

But that might just be my weird way of looking at the future of  
Multistakeholder Governance.
