hi parminder

i'm sorry we haven't been able to spend time helping with the caucus 
statements.. i'll have a look now and we'll send our comments in the 
next 24 hours, if we have anything to add

i think that some of the proposals included in our statement at the 
end of the rio IGF, and the recent access paper with recommendations, 
will be in harmony with the caucus statement... i'll take a closer look asap
