[governance] Reminder: nominations for Appeals Team also needed!

Yes please ! It's very important we fill the Appeals Team positions, so
please do nominate asper Jeremy's message below. You can be on MAG and the
Appeals Team at the same time, the only people who cant be on Appeals Team
are the Co-ordinators.
