Jacques and all,

  I do not SPAM ever!  I have responded in accordance with what
is being posted.  That is not under the law, UCE/spam.  You know this
Jacque.  Certainly I may have a different or corresponding opinion,
and as such, to deny me the right under the IGC principals as you seem
to be suggesting, is improper.  However that said, I shall restrain my
number of posts as much as reasonably possible.
