SV: [governance] space on Nov.11th

There is nothing showing up in the governance list about what Giganet is 
doing. It would be interesting at least to know what themes are being 
discussed, a glimpse on the agenda and so on. Are academic observers 
allowed? Will there be access to the papers by generic mortals 
afterwards? Is it being held in the venue or elsewhere? etc
