SV: [governance] space on Nov.11th

Perhaps use the room in the afternoon (or late
afternoon) for some kind of open meeting, IGC
meets civil society, briefs on the weeks events,
some background etc. Offer time to the new CS
working group on Internet governance, any of the
regional SC organizations that are there. And
when giganet's done, have a caucus meeting?

Morning primarily Latin America region. Afternoon international?
