I am not sure how to interpret Ralf's message. Is he accepting the
nomination?

I have seen some original work on security issues at least outside of
Europe, so there might be other candidates in case he does not want the
nomination.

An alternative the Brazilian caucus is suggesting is Thiago Tavares
(www.safernet.org.br), leading member of the Safernet network, a pioneer
in the struggle for children's rights and against child abuse on the
Internet in our region.
