SV: [governance] Speakers for IGF

Hi Wolf and all, I missed this suggestion. Just a reminder that the 
Brazilian hosts and the Brazilian civil society caucus are opposed to 
the "tv show" format. I am not sure how this will be worked out at this 
point.
