'08 exact dates - the dates for Athens were announced very close to
the meeting; that exact dates for Rio were announced in Athens, which
made it possible for me to plan (and to cash in some miles for
awards).

Can a request be made that the exact '08 dates and city be announced
by the end of the Rio meeting?
