Dear all, 

 

This is to draw your attention to the recent publication on line of the CSTD
Secretariat background note on "Development-oriented policies for
socio-economic inclusive information society, including access,
infrastructure and an enabling environment". See attached. This paper will
be the basis for the discussion on this issue during the Panel, taking place
on Thursday 29 November.

 

Note that the CSTD Secretariat is ready to receive CS written contributions
to be posted on line.
