sorry that I had to let you know that we were unable to proceed with the
sponsorship as the time left to complete all the bureaucratic procedures was
very short for us. 
 

  
 

In deciding to support your attendance to
IGF, we thought that time was on our side but as we moved through completing
the process it came up that it would be impossible to complete on time as there
are various departments involved.
