I have been saying this as well. It is not a billion Indians standing up to demand IPv6 implementation, but it is consumers demanding Internet services. Services such as interactive chat and webcam with family and friends, voice over IP, interactive sessions to buy or sell something, interactive sessions with consumer helpdesks, interactive sessions with healthcare providers, etc. The list is endless and grows as more people discover what they can provide over the Internet and what can be provided over the Internet.
