First Global Forum of the G3ICT initiative (Global Initiative for Inclusive ICT)

The latter of these groups will also address G3icts ongoing Digital Inclusion Index research project, which seeks to evaluate and rank countries based on how effective their governments are in promoting accessible and inclusive ICTs.”
