He did.  I can't remember when, but during one of 
the meetings in Geneva last year he said he would 
be staying on in Geneva, had a room in the palais 
de nations and his door was open for meetings 
about enhanced cooperation. If people wanted to 
see him they should get in touch (my memory of 
this is not good, but that's the gist of it.) I 
don't know if he actively went to people he saw 
as experts on the issues, he may have.
