Sure - about one or two TLDs, or may be dozen. But I see nothing in 
wrong in saying, "some of the TLDs", instead the unsupported with 
data "many (probably most". The fact that someone says that most of 
the TLDs have no 24x7 staff does not make this (that most of them 
have no staff) a fact. Or you disagree again, just for the sake of 
the argument, and regardless of the fact that so far no one has shown 
any data about the "most of the TLDs".
