[governance] What happened at the NARALO/ALAC/CCNSO?

Yep - we should find out about it soon, and then following ICANN's
processes, everyone can comment, and then the Board will decide. So , if the
RALO is for it but you are against it, say so in the comment period. 
Don't you just love the consultative process:)
