	Of course, nothing keeps anyone from starting a gTLD registry (com/net/
	org/info/...) locally, selling in local currency, and using the profit
	from that (it's profitable, trust me :), fund/overtake/offer ccTLDs
	at a cheap price.

	It's been known to happen.
