congratulations and know that I view this as a very positive
development. Given the gulf that often exists between govt delegations
and civil society and the difficult time most governments have becoming
acculturated to the  informal, list-serv based cooperation of civil
society, your capacity to bridge the two worlds should benefit both
sides
