I am not so sure. It would be good to wait four 
more weeks and find it out in Athens. Many 
African countries used to have issues with the 
MoU. That may change. In any case, the Internet 
governance model is not going to be the same with 
the JPA. Perhaps some reactions against are also driven because of this fact.
