I agree we should take a stand on principle, which would be to support the
organization and people who welcomed us in, asked what we thought, took our
inputs, and helped facilitate a fair amount of their gist getting into
international agreements.  If the caucus is unable to agree on even this,
individual members can and will do so in their own capacities.
