Yes, thanks for telling us that ICANN was not incorporated in
California to be sure that Internet governance would remain in US
hands. No, not at all, ICANN was incorporated in California by
sensible persons who were deeply and sincerely committed to the
interested of Internet users.

Now, let's stop propaganda. If a country (say, Finland or Costa-Rica)
had a local law which gives *more* rights to the directors and members
than the California law, would you support an immediate relocation of
ICANN to this country?
