A correction -

It was China and Russia that sent new people in the room..


Btw. CS should be thankful that the Chinese changed their  
delegate...why, well, the first one is one that insisted that CS  
leave the room. The replacement, didn't seem to care - and as such,  
no objections were raised...CS could thus stay in the room...
