[governance] IG Caucus meeting in Vancouver..?

i am available too but i will arrive later, the evening of the 30th, and
leave on the 5th.
i agree with avri, it makes sense to meet, but it won´t be an IGC meeting,
rather a cs meeting at the ICANN meeting.
