[governance] IG Caucus meeting in Vancouver..?

i am available.  i arrive on the 27th and leave on the 5th

however, i think we need to be careful what we call it.  i think it  
is good for the 'ICANN tainted' participants in the IGC to meet, but  
i don't think we can be properly call it a IGC meeting, formal or  
informal.
