[governance] confirmation of rooms

Hi, I managed to get rooms for both days.
We will meet on Thursday at 2.30 until 5 pm, and we have also a room on 
Friday from 10 to 12.
We got the smaller of the two meeting rooms. In fact, we can be glad 
that we got one at all.
