relax Milton, that language has already been removed by the drafting group.

On a purely practical level however, ISOC, ICANN, IETF, the RIRs, etc,
etc already DO have lots of experience in running IG events, and they
are v. good at it.

At least they have adequate power and Inet access!!!!
