Wolfgang:
A good statement for the most part, but I need to take issue with
this:

"...and have a improved mechanism for interaction with the GAC for
cases where a public policy component can be clearly identified."

This to me implies an ongoing veto authority for the GAC over root zone
file modifications. I strongly oppose that. I suspect many others do
too.
