And now, the very courteous delegate from the Arab group is accusing the 
Chair of not having listened to his intervention as he was busy in 
chatting with the Secretariat. As if we were in elementary schools.

Climate does not look very promising. Until now, basically everyone has 
restated their positions from Geneva and not moved.

Drafting groups on specific non-section-5 paras that are still open are 
likely to be spawned soon. Will civil society be allowed in this time?
