[bestbits] Reminder: Survey on "Putting cybersecurity on the rights track"

I am sorry, I was filling up the form from my phone that was about to
switch off and lose all form data, noticed later that there was indeed a
progress bar, skipped some questions, completed the form and submitted it
already. Please ignore the earlier question on the list.
