[bestbits] Argentina bars NGOs, civil society from attending WTO conference

Hi

I agree this response is quite interesting.

Moreover, it requires intergovernmental organizations to position
themselves on governments actions.

I am sure many Best Bits members going through this process right now
would like to see the decision reversed.
