Norbert and I have been working to get a joint letter online for
endorsement, and we are currently at the stage of collecting comments on
a draft.
Here is the draft letter about the exclusion (and deportation, in at
least two cases) of the civil society delegates to the WTO. This is
open for comment now, and unless it looks like taking longer, the aim is
to put it online for endorsement by about Wednesday (sorry for the short
consultation time):

Please add your comments or edits in the pad, or email myself or Norbert
Bollow <nb at bollow.ch> who can incorporate your suggestions.
Thanks.
