Further to the WTO Ministerial which Renata mentioned...
Already before the recent unprecedented action on the part of
the host country (Argentinia) to exclude critically-minded civil
society people who had already been accredited by WTO, WTO was
already widely criticized as one of the most intransparant
intergovernmental organizations and among the least inclusive of
civil society.
In fact WTO is so offensive in this regard that it would be quite
inconsistent to be accepting of the idea of WTO rule-making for the
Internet while at the same time advocating for any form of open
multistakeholderism.
