Sorry, it turns out that this is wrong!  The IGF this year runs from
Monday to Thursday instead of from Tuesday to Friday, as it usually
does.  I overlooked this and calculated Sunday 17 as the day before day
0, but this is wrong.

Therefore the meeting date that you need to reserve is actually
Saturday, December 16th.
