apologies for cross-posting.

Many thanks for all the submitted proposals! We got over 160 proposals on
topics for the EuroDIG 2016 agenda from many (inter)governmental
institutions, collectives, NGOs and companies -but also from individuals of
all stakeholder groups. We are now entering the second phase of the bottom
up agenda making process of EuroDIG. You can now evaluate and vote on all
submitted proposals and thus help us understand which topics matter you
most. For this please visit:

Our open planning meeting to finalize the agenda setting and the evaluation
will take place on January 26th at the Albert Borschette Conference Centre

in
Brussels. At the meeting participants will agree on the overarching theme,
finalize the review of the proposals submitted and set the scene for the
EuroDIG programme 2016. The meeting is open to everyone but registration is
for security reasons required. You can register here:

Remote participation will be provided for those of you interested in
participating but unable to attend the meeting physically.
