[bestbits] The 2 Best Bits candidates to the CSCG

Dear all,
Having looked at the CSCG charter I came to the conclusion that the
person representing Best Bits on the CSCG will do so as an individual
representative of Best Bits, so it would have nothing to do with their
organizational affiliation.
