In case others are having this problem, when you register for the
meeting and if you don't already have an account, it will offer to
create one for you and you need to say "yes" to that.

If you missed doing that, I've just re-enabled the ability to create an
account for yourself by going here:

Or, simplest of all, just email your document to me and I'll upload it.
