[bestbits] [governance] Ease of Remote Participation in the Brazil IGF

I am so glad to hear others expressing frustration....I had a really 
difficult time getting everything to work.  Usually I assume that it is 
just me being klutzy with the interface, but this time really I don't 
think they could have made it harder if they tried.  Very discouraging.
