[bestbits] Zero rating and the silent voices

I love this quote:
“for Tier-2 city users [in India] who spend less than two hours a day online,
 over 90% of that time is spent on Facebook; in this case, will the demand for
 Facebook really fluctuate depending on whether it deploys zero-rating?”

This is a perfectly good argument for Facebook to drop zero-rating altogether. 
Or do they have the data that say otherwise?..
