[bestbits] Various consultations by the ITU related to child one protection

Dear all,

The ITU has three consultations going on in relation to the above subject, 
described below. You can find information about the related discussions and

Firstly, following the  last meeting of the  Council Working Group on Child 
 Online Protection (CWG-COP) which was held on 30 September 2015 at  ITU 
HQ, Geneva (Outcome Report) and the discussion held in relation to the  
IRights contribution, you are kindly invited to participate in the online 
consultation on IRights at  https://www.worldwewant2015.org/itu/i-rights.

 Secondly, as requested in ITU Plenipotentiary  Resolution  179, the Group 
conducts online consultations  for youth, prior to its meetings. You are 
further encouraged to  suggest topics for the next online consultation  to 
be held in 2016. Comments and feedback can be submitted through the online 
consultation

Finally, as indicated in the Outcome Report  of the last meeting of 
CWG-COP, we look forward to receiving your written contribution on the  COP 
Framework (

  which aims at setting global goals and targets on Child Online Protection
