[bestbits] Final letter to Zuckerberg re: Internet.org

Thank you for bringing this up, Carlos.

I think it's implicit in the 'innovation without permission' concept.
Net neutrality is about preventing gatekeepers from picking downstream
winners and losers, and no one knows this better than the current set of
'winners'.
