[bestbits] IGF 2015 proposals, EuroDIG proposals

Dear all,

Actually, I have no idea who will read this my letter. WSIS + 10 Review -
how can I find any initiatives associated with it?

I am sure I am not the best person to apply  for any event in Brazil, which
will be devoted to WSIS + 10 Review (Dead-line tomorrow).

I applied to SEEuroDIG with WSIS+10 review. I was advised to apply EuroDIG.
I am not the right person to apply for this  event(

Who else will participate in EuroDIG?
