Thanks, Nick!
To give a bit more info about the timing rationale - apart from getting it
in time to the Secretariat, the reason for getting it out today is to get it
to the Dutch government before COB. They have offered to mention it in their
meeting with SG Toure tomorrow, but for that to happen both parties have to
be aware of its existence in advance. Hope that makes sense.
Btw, great to see so many groups supporting this initiative.

FWIW, in Geneva it will get read if it arrives by around 16:30 CEDT, =
