[bestbits] new BB statement - reflections on NM

I do not think it is a contradiction. It just mirrors different reflections
by many who did not feel represented in the statement delivered at the end.
BB is a platform, not a body or an organization. Not every statement is
signed by every organization engaged in BB activities. That is how I see
this and - if I understood correctly many of the discussions of this list
and face to face meetings - that is how the majority of folks feels about
it.
