Hi Carolina,
Could you recommend the key principles statements we might consider.

Add President Rousseff's speech to the UN GA <http://gadebate.un.org/sites/default/files/gastatements/68/BR_en.pdf> and also the UN "right to privacy in the digital age" (based on the Brazil+German draft, copy attached).
Necessary and proportionate <https://en.necessaryandproportionate.org/text> and Carl Bildt's Seoul cyber conf speech <http://www.government.se/sb/d/17281/a/226592>, both spoken highly of in Bali.
Marco Civil should be consider if it passes and if Brazil wants it there. Community informatics statement <http://cirn.wikispaces.com/An+Internet+for+the+Common+Good+-+Engagement%2C+Empowerment%2C+and+Justice+for+All> (though I think a bit aspirational).
Is that it, what am I missing?
