[bestbits] IGF registration form completely unencrypted

Hi All

The IGF registration web form is completely unencrypted (utilises HTTP
not HTTPS). They expect us to send personal information as well as our
ID/passport numbers in plaintext?

I hope someone can bump the MAG to fix this.
